I was really impressed by my experience. I needed a check up to prepare for the sales closing date of my mom s condo. Dave did my initial furnace tune up. He was on time, really nice, and professional. Unfortunately, since the furnace hadn t been serviced for about 6 years, I had a couple of issues causing problems. Dave did a good job of explaining the situation and answering my questions. I needed another visit to do the more extensive repairs, and I was concerned about my closing date and the holidays. They were actually able to send the no heat tech out that same day. Chad was also really nice and professional. He quickly identified the problems, explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. I think it was about the most positive experience I could have with a faulty furnace.
