Paul Diep was an awesome person and the kind of salesman who actually works to help this customer make the best possible decision. I have purchased many automobiles over the years (mostly Toyota and Lexus). Paul gave me more useful information before the sale than anyone I have dealt with before,. I think that AutoNation may have finally cracked the code on how to incentivize their sales people. I was never pitched or hassled. I also didn't have the sense that people were stretching the truth to make a sale (pretty eerie in the auto sales world).
