Making an appointment was simple and easy, even when I had to change the first appointment date. The CSR was very accommodating with my changes. They informed me the technician will call me 30 minutes prior to arriving. The technician was great in communicating with me. His prior job kept him a little later than expected but he kept me informed through the entire process. I really appreciated that considering I had a birthday party to attend. The technician worked quickly and efficiently. He was in and out. Because of the delay, I was not charged for the additional pad. I have been happy with the company so far. I even have a technician coming out again next week for an upgrade.
