BUas is a great school. I am currently in my 4th year in the Games program, and the school has prepared me to go into the industry as a beginning professional.

The teachers are passionate about their field of expertise. Through lectures, workshops and -mostly- individual feedback sessions, they pass on their knowledge to us, which we can immediately apply in our game development projects.

The curriculum is constantly being improved on according to feedback from the students, as well as the industry, which ensures that the subjects we go over are relevant and up to (or surpassing) industry standards.

Recently the Games program moved to the new campus. Having all studies on one site reinforces the school community, and the facility is great for Games students; good work space, motion capture equipment and even a photogrammetry set-up are all present.

When I first heard about studying game development, I wasn't sure if it was a career worth pursuing. It sounded more like a hobby to me, to be honest. But, studying here was the best decision I could have made, and I'd like to encourage everyone to explore what they really want to do for their education and career.
