The behaviour of staff at buffet counter were extremely rude and unprofessional .. they were treating the guest as they were serving in a langar ... The purposely delaying the order which were placed ... The experience was not a day .. Me and my family stayed there for 10 days collectively .... Apart from them rest of the staff were very polite and helpful .. rooms are excellent and well maintained ... The whole ambience of hotel was very refreshing ... Only dissapointment was the restaurant section and their staff behaviour
