Southern Homes have just been awesome to work with. Our sales person Janet was wonderful. Always okay to meet me on weekends or email after ours due to my busy work schedule. There were many times we were talking after 9pm to get things together. Even after we signed the contract and her job was done she stayed with us. Helping answer any single little question we had. She was awesome and very helpful. The lender the sent us to was the same, FBC. We worked mainly with Kelly and she was just great. Very personal and friendly and willing to go anove and beyond. Our builder Bryan was great aswell. He made sure to walk us through every little piece of the house. Asking us to check tile, seams, paint, caulk lines and more. Just really making sure we understood everything and everything was up to our standards. After that, he handed us a wonderfully built home packet with lots of information to help us keep our home in good shape. Closing was a breeze and I cant remember the guys name but I can remember the experience. He was funny, kind, well mannered and really informative and helpful. He walks us through every line and explained every amount listed. Even offering to explain other ways to pay off the loan wuicker and lower our taxes and to get certain services cheap at the house.

All in all, I wouldnt build with anyone else. Southern Homes has a commitment to excellence and meeting the customers needs. Everyone I was involved with went above and beyond to help us every step. No matter the question or task they were willing to help. Whether it was part of there job or not. Our house looks wonderfull. Seems very very well buillt. And we couldnt be happier.
