The former palace of Royalty of France, this stunning place is massive to say the least.
When you walk up to the shimmering gold gates, you know right away you are at a place of royalty.
Stone sculptures, fountains, exquisite gardens and the palace itself is incredible.
It gets very busy, but once you are inside the grounds, there is plenty of room to wander.
We toured the main palace, then walked the vast manicured gardens and pathways.
After, we took a detour to the maiden's quarters at the back of the grounds. Many photo spots!
Overall this palace is mesmerising at every turn.
