This place may be helpful once you're in as far as shelter, food, toiletries etc. But I've seen with my own 2 eyes how certain workers, one in particular, named April Crailer. Of which I'm now seeing as well as very surprised, that the witch with a capital B is still there. Of anything its HER evil, manipulative, lying, scheming, and conniving ghetto, wannabe bourgie, exorcism needing ase. Who should have been the main one battered black and blue and given her walking papers from this place years ago. Because she, as well as others, would abuse their positions by playing favourites with the clients they like, while targeting out the clients that they don't like by instigating and causing dissension. Lying on them in order to mess up the little bit of livelihoods that they do have. All of which from what I'm seeing has not changed a bit.

What makes it worse is that the director, sanctifies it by not even wanting to hear what that client has to say when appealing the decisions. Meanwhile, there's been females who sneaks guys in through their windows at night, yet miraculously no consequences, no evictions. The new cars that are donated, is given to the favoured ones, most of which already have cars. All while the women who have no cars are still walking and will more than likely leave there still on foot, and without a car. Now it's been about 12 years now, so hopefully certain ones are no longer there and better rules and management. My hope is that by now the ones who run this place now realize that this IS a shelter for homeless and battered women. Not Americas Top Model, where clients have to fear being "eliminated" for not being favoured or liked enough.
