Ok... this is on the SERVICE DEPT.
for some reason they took my friends car in for an A/C
repair. (the car is a 2008 ford focus...)
for some reason they thought they could accommodate the repairs of this vehicle.

I'll leave this brief but theyve had the car for OVER-A-MONTH!!!
