Worst sushi train ever..Food on train has no expir...

Worst sushi train ever..Food on train has no expiry date and after eating a room temperature dish which we assumed was chicken i questioned the staff member asking him how do you know how long the food has been on the train for and he answered saying it was all 3 to 4 o'clock this was 8 pm! And there is no other system or method of tracking age or temperature of food..This is a joke especially seeing there were oysters 5 hours old that werent even cold! I immediately told off the staff and left...Extremely poor standards..
