Elegant place. Nice charm. I got upgraded to a suite, and my pictures are from the suite. It is not their standard room. Staff was very nice and courteous. If you have access to their concierge lounge they have a nice tide you over option for appetizers and some drinks. Breakfast was ok. I would stay here again because of staff friendliness and location if you are in Cleveland on business or as a tourist or sports fan. This is a great location!
