We had plumbing work done in our kitchen. Could not use our kitchen. I called Arroyo Chop House at 7:54pm. I was asked if they could put me on hold. I remained on hold until 8:27pm. No one every returned to talk to me, they just hang up the phone. Horrible customer service!. My husband and I usually go this restaurants several times a month. Now that we have to deal with COVID-19 restrictions, they don't even have the decency to take our order over the phone or tell us that they are unable to take our order. Thank God for Houstons, who took our order. Left up to Arroyo Chop House we would have no dinner tonight. I will no longer support a restaurant that does not treat me with respect.
