Easily the worst human services dept I've ever had...

Easily the worst human services dept I've ever had to deal with. Been trying to reach a representative for over two months now to no avail. How is this even possible?

"Your call is very important to us, please allow hold time"

Followed 5 seconds later by:

"We're too busy, call back later. Bye!"

WHEN ARE YOU NOT TOO BUSY? It's literally impossible to get a hold of these people for IMPORTANT HEALTHCARE MATTERS.

Unbelievably disgraceful. I'm not entirely convinced this office actually exists.
