Technician came the next day after we notified Steel-T that our home inspector found a leak in the HVAC system. He repaired it promptly, wrote an explanation and did not charge us a service fee. He was prompt and courteous, used shoe covers to protect our newly finished hardwood floors. Because of his report, the buyers withdrew their objection and the sale of our home can proceed.
