I request cancellation of a card in July due to loss they tell me that they send me a duplicate .... we are on September 19 and after claiming it 2 times they still tell me that it will take 15 or 20 days ... that is, you cancel the card in July and hopefully they give you a duplicate in October.
A shame!!!!!
