The worst customer service. Sold the wrong cover ...

The worst customer service. Sold the wrong cover for the I pad that were both purchased in the store at the same time. Can t seem to get this corrected. My parents took cover back. EVEN though they (THE STORE)have all the records they can t refund the cover with out actual receipt.
AGAIN. THEY MADE THE MISTAKE. RECEIPT IS IN OUR HOUSE BUT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GET IT SINCE WE ARE AWAY. WON T BE BACK BEFORE REQUIRED WINDOW OF TIME.
GIVE ME A BREAK APPLE.
