not good at all ..can't get to chat to anyone there always away from their desk or on holiday ..passed from pillar to post ..don't recommend this company at all ..garbage !!!!!!!! first of all the driver that wrote my car off has done his prison sentence already ..and i lost my car.. owed the finance company..OVER one year ago ..because the other party wasn't insured it's like oh when we got time we may write to them further their claim...same again they DONT ANSWER THE PHONE ..RANG FRI AND TODAY ..STILL NO ANSWER
