WARNING...WARNING...WARNING...Should be called NO-SERVICELINK HORRIBLE SERVICE...RUN AWAY and find a local title company!!!!! I wish I heeded the review warnings before assuming this large company would be on top of things. They just sit and WAIT for everything to happen, ZERO follow up and ZERO sense of urgency. I would still be waiting if I hadn't contacted the bank my self and pushed daily for some sort of communication.
