Except at the front desk / consierge and in the bar was the service at breakfast (a bit harsh, impersonal, no explanations, wrong + inaccurate + forgotten orders, "normal" offer) and in the room (evening service only 2 v. 4 evenings, coffee pods not refilled, also to order) meager to disappointing and the high price and a Sofitel not at all appropriate. Rooms were nice, quiet and clean, the location perfectly central.
