This was not what we expected, you don t get what ...

This was not what we expected, you don t get what is advertised, your needs are certainly not met.

We arrived there VERY happy we even joked around with the staff as we signed some papers and she lead us to our room. Upon entering the room we see that this is not the room we booked. We booked the fountain room (we have the proof) we also emailed the owner (Ignas) twice before we left to see if everything is in order.
After we found that it wasn t the room we wanted we went back to politely talk to the lady and ask her about the mix up. She told us to call ignas, we called him, he was rude, basically refused to do anything about it until we suggested that we get the room we ordered the next night and also blamed his faulty system - which he also admitted to not even checking.
The reason I m saying this is because the owner tries to discredit you by saying that you are the problem not his terrible service or lack of management.
Ive read some of the other reviews on google and Trip advisor, they re all the same, they re full of complaints about this man. The breakfast wasn t good at all. We had to squeeze water out of eggs and our bacon tasted and smelt foul. All and all it s not as advertised. And the owner will surely try and discredit this , but have a look at the reviews and also give the place a visit if you dare.
