The office manager is rude and very disrespectful....

The office manager is rude and very disrespectful. They tell their clients that they take all insurances when they do not accept Medicaid (or in their words Medicaid does not pay any claim). So instead of telling the clients that (which most who have Medicaid is lower income) this information they took me through the process and had me pay $70 within 2 days. When I called back in after a week (which it took me a week to calm down) because one I had to pay a babysitter longer because the appointments took way longer than they had stated as well that s when the office manger stated if your insurance is all that great I ll print you out a claim form and you can file it yourself . That is just rude. I hung up and called back to ask to speak to Scott Wagner himself (that was 5 days ago) and as of yet he has not called. He must not care about his patients. I loved Dr. Evans! She truly cared about me and I hate not being treated by her. But I would not recommend this office to anyone. This is the second time I have been lied to by the front office staff and thought I would give it a second chance and since the owner does not care he must not care about his business too much!
