Veterinary care is OK, surgeons are board certified and proficient. Office management is unresponsive, changes appointments without notice, and does not communicate those changes. Intake forms are late (or do not appear). I have been told this is due to training of staff etc.

Your best bet is to actively call and confirm everything multiple times (3-4 times, separately) as the information you get will change, depending on who you get (and regardless of what email confirmations you receive). It is a pain to call 3-4 times each appointment due to the long wait times up to 45 minutes on hold; however the head ache of the hold music is better than the head ache of trying to figure out why your appointment was rescheduled without your knowledge.
