I love their sense of humor from the reservation email they send you. A very courteous and organized team. I skydived with Chad who made me feel safe, funny jokes and made the whole experience worthwhile. The awesome team of photo/videographers captured my most precious moments. I had wanted to skydive for a very long time & I'm glad Skydive Chicago made my first tandem jump memorable. The experience is something I will never forget...your customer care is PERFECTO!!
