My initial appointment to introduce me to my new BPAP was with Serge Mukkha, RRT. He was very thorough in describing the Philips machine and the many features aaand benefits. His communication skills weree excellent and I am cconfident he will be a knowledgeable ccontact for future service needs. I felt Carolina's Home Medical Equipment was very well represented and the offices aand showwroom were both clean and well organized.
