We had a very large group (about 400) so I have to give them to credit that they managed it so well. When we arrived after midnight, they had our keycards with names on it ready to go. There were only a few issues I encountered. Their elevators were painfully slow, even when only a few people were using them, the stairs were faster. They served us breakfast for several days however it was the same breakfast every day. Overall the staff was amazing but I think the resources and facilities need improvement.
