* They claim there's no fee, which is a LIE.

- You fill out an application and pay $100 to apply.
- Once approved you need to put a deposit down.
- Once you show up to review the lease you see it's different than what you applied for. Some were even applying for pets and you find out no pets allowed.
- If you decline the apartment because it's not what they put in the ad or application, they'll keep your deposit.
- If you choose to continue you have to finish paying a 1 month fee, which they call an "option".

They're con-artists hiring broke kids to run around scamming anyone they can.
