I was made to wait from 12:30 pm to 17:15 pm for Tune up, brake flush, and engine flush. Shuttle was outside and I was offered to be taken home, but was given to another person who came after me. Every one hour I was being encouraged that they will be done in an hr. Initially was told 2 hrs will be the time for service. 2 stars because there was an apparent sincerity from associate on apology, but that experience was brutal.
