I am very disappointed in the Service Department -...

I am very disappointed in the Service Department - I have a 2014 Dodge Charger, I had in once for a check engine light, the check engine light came back on less than 3 months later - I called no less than 10 times to get an appointment, I finally just showed up to get it fixed, and 3 days later, I can not get anyone to call me back on the status of my car.
This is my second vehicle I purchased from Normandin and my last! My mom is in the market for a Jeep and I told her to go anywhere else but Normandin. My friend, on my recommendation, bought a Challenger here and he is also fed up with the service
