O.A.A. has been exceptionally helpful to both my wife and I. Susan needed triple spinal vertebra fusion last year. Dr. James Weiss performed the procedure and Susan hasn't had but 1 DAY of discomfort following the surgery. She was able to return to normal exercise and activity after 4 months - and she can do it all now, WITHOUT ANY PAIN!!!
The sciatic pain and knee pain I've lived with for the last year have been diagnosed and treated by a number of Dr's at O.A.A. First in Dr. James Weiss's office by his PA. Amy. She ordered a series of x-rays and an M.R.I on the same day! After reviewing the studies with Dr. Weiss, Amy quickly determined that my knee pain was better treated by seeing Dr. Micheal Krafczyk, a Sports/Knee specialist at O.A.A. Dr. K fully examined me and diagnosed my knee pain as stemming from arthritis and age. He removed my knee pain by injecting me with cortisone in both knees. (The injections didn't hurt one bit!) The inflammation, swelling and pain was GONE before I left the table! Just that fast! It's been a month now, and I am pain free in my knees for the first time in years! Second, Amy advised me to see Dr. Corba, a spinal pain specialist at O.A.A.. Dr. Corba's PA Scarlett reviewed my MRI and put me through a series of motions to determine the extent of my sciatic issues. She recommended that I have an epidural injection between the L5- S1 vertebra. She fully explained what benefits this would give me and I can happily say she was right! Within 10 minutes of the epidural, the sciatic pain that had been shooting and burning down my leg for almost a year, was barely there! My wife and I walked out the door of O.A>A> within a half hour and stopped to have a celebratory lunch! I feel wonderful, and have resumed walking and playing golf again!
All the benefits and pain relief my wife and I have received over the last year, started and continue because of the professionals at O.A.A.!
