Very disappointed. My husband, mother and I stayed at the Caprice Resort last September. After two nights of a planned 5 night stay we were evacuated due to the impending Hurricane. The management guaranteed that I would be reimbursed for the days that I had paid for. Of course I understand that they bear no responsibility for the hurricane but the least they could do is return my numerous phone calls I've made over the past 6 months regarding my reimbursement. I booked the reservation through Expedia and even bought the insurance. Expedia finally informed me this morning that the Caprice Resort refuses to reimburse me for the 4 nights that I paid for and was not able stay even though they told me at the time that I would be fully reimbursed for the 4 nights.
