I am writing this review with much consternation but in retrospect I knew it would come to this at some point. We used Dr. Sanders service for about 6 years, my daughter needed braces and after some research we settle on office to do the work. The staff and at least his treatment early on was exceptional everyone was cordial but I guess that is how it has to be to get your money. The staff from our experience were very professional and pleasant. To be honest my daughter s teeth look great after the braces came off and for the most part the experience was somewhat professional. One has to take a few things into consideration, the dental industry is mired with unscrupulous people who are often out there to make a buck. Thus, I took a good look at all the events that transpired and decided to write the review. Initially this Dr. Sanders office did not appear to be an ATM machine where they are printing money at the customer s expense, with an assembly line of patients lined up outside. I am going to relate the events that lead to our departure and this review. I am keeping this review shorter than in yelp because there is a limit in the number of charters. last year my daughter came off the braces, but she needed a wire retainer on the back of the front lower teeth and I am not and expert so I do not if I am getting scammed. Much like in the past before a year was into the retainer it came loose. My wife reached out to the office and I believe Dr. Sander responded about 6 hours later. He texted that we bring her in bring on Monday. Meanwhile I had to leave my meeting to get pliers to cut the loose end of the wire. When went to the office they charged us $175 because we cut the wire. So, here is where I think greed comes in, I do understand that your business must stay profitable, work more days like the rest of us. If you make an inferior product do not charge me again for that product. I do not see a great many negative reviews from Dr. Sander but I had to relay this experience because I do not like to be taken advantage of, I work my money and I will not just give it away to an industry that runs amok with chargers.
