Upon arriving the night in the room, I had to request housekeeping. I took advantage to go to dinner and when returning after 2 o'clock the room remained the same, that is to say, untidy. I called again and the same one that answered before, had the audacity to ask if I still wanted the cleaning, because it was already past 23: 00hs.

Unfortunately the hotel continues with its lousy service, today (21.07.2015) arriving at dawn, around 03:30 pm, I was awarded a room that "dripped water" on the bathroom door ... absurd !!!
