There are many intangibles that are not discussed with car ownership. Austin Infiniti gets this, and really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable throughout the lifetime of ownership! Nobody likes to bring their car for service, but Austin Infiniti eases the burden - a lot. The service lounge is well appointed, from complimentary snacks and beverages with comfy couches to private meeting rooms if you must work (fast wi-fi). On top of that, I've always been offered a loaner to use during the day if the service that is anticipated will take longer than expected! Well done, and thanks!
