David Hendricks ( service rep) provided five star customer service. I was throughly impressed with the amount of respect and politeness that was shown. Weeks later I received a text message checking on not just the cars functionality but my safety and any concerns I may have. This is what customer service is all about.

I drove from San Antonio to Austin Infiniti to receive world class services on my QX70. David Hendricks of Austin Infiniti made me feel like I did when I first purchased my brand new Infiniti.
