Luxurious and comfortable rooms, nice bar, and restaurant. Front desk has great service and is expedient with their check-in/ out. I was overall impressed, but gave 4 stars as the Four Seasons experience wasn't totally attained, although it can be easily fixed.

1. There seems to a shortage of staff, I was always looking for someone at the concierge or front desk for help.

2. Also the drive-in area, the bell boys all seemed aloof, uncaring, and unhelpful in the night and morning.

That complaint is only for the bell boys. The girl behind the table was super helpful and took care of my party as we waited for our ride to come.

That being said, still a really great hotel. Will be back to see if anything has improved.
