In April 2019 there was a special offer: when paying at car service stations, a cashback of 5% is charged.

He paid, did not receive a cashback: it turned out that my service center didn t have such an MCC code, although the payment description clearly shows that the payment was made at a service station.

Tinkoff in a similar situation charges cashback (once I had this situation). Yandex.Money did not do this after 3-4 letters.

Customer focus on zero.

And the tech support chat in the Yandex.Money application is also zero: you ask a question, they wait 5 minutes, then they clarify: "What is your wallet number?" Does the operator really not see what my wallet number and card is if I am writing from the application?
