Very long lines, not enough staff to handle volume. Not my first visit, made the mistake twice

I typically don't complain and I understand there are always exceptions, but my experience renting with you at this location has been the worst and I'm a frequent traveller.

I experienced 3 major disappointments:
1. Upon arrival to the rental facility, I experienced a line out the door. Typically a line is expected, and I had experienced a very similar line 2 weeks back, but the excuse for the last time was high volume. (all at the same location) I would expect that an organisation of your caliber would notice this as an issue and action some sort of solution. To summarize, I waited for 3 hours before receiving my vehicle. Only Two employees were present during what seemed to be peak hours.
2. My booking reservation labelled a compact car and was depicted as a Ford Focus. While I understand that the depicted vehicle is not always available, I would expect that a comparable car would be as a replacement. This was not the case, your classification system labels a Mitsubishi Mirage in the same category as a Focus (compact) while the EPA labels the Mirage as a - SUB compact. In addition, a Mitsubishi Mirage has 3 cylinders as opposed to the Ford Focus with 4. Does that mean i can leave off a figure from my payment from ~$180 to $18? These two vehicles side by side have vast differences related to interior volume and storage. It is extremely dissatisfying to have this as the result of my waiting 3 hours, I did not have the energy to return to the line after finding out this disparity to complain about my vehicle, not to mention cutting in front of the others that had been there with me for 3 hours.
3. I was told by the rental agent at the counter "vehicle must be re-fuelled within a 10 mile radius", this is a great procedure should it actually be enforced. I was pleasantly surprised shortly after setting off with the incorrect sized (mislabelled vehicle classification) vehicle that my fuel gauge had dropped one bar from full, illustrating that the vehicle was not indeed full as requested of myself upon return.

Overall this experience is highly unacceptable; I hope that your company re-evaluates its vehicle classifications and rental office location efficiency. I would also appreciate a refund for booking a compact over a sub-compact or economy vehicle, as by the EPA standards I have in effect received a sub-compact with a less than full fuel tank.
