UPDATE: The owner called me to apologize for the bad experience. She also offered to give me a $50 gift card. I really appreciate her calling and understanding why I was upset.

I had scheduled a make up appointment for my engagement pictures. I arrived just before my appointment time at 11:00 only to find no one in the store, no lights on, nothing. So I waited 10 minutes and still no one shows up. The owner arrives at 11:20, 20 minutes after the store is supposed to open and when my appointment was supposed to start. I finally get in the chair and say I want a natural look. She caked my face! I didn t even look like myself. I also told her this needed to be quick because I had to get to my pictures. Long story short, I was late. I wanted to book Bovanti for my wedding, but definitely not now. How can I expect you to be there for my wedding day when you can t even open your store on time?
