I don t know if this company is unethical or just incompetent. For some reason they don t want to pay me rent in the same month they collect from the tenant. The reasons they told me were accounting issues, too many holidays in a month, and accounting issues. The house was brand new and everything was under warranty and I told them that. I still got a bill for $350.00 for garage repairs.
