What a joke of a dealership! (The salesman was great to work with ! Looking forward to driving our new FJ cruiser). Ok so it would of been nice to be able to say that but it turns out the sales rep has no clue what he is doing and spent more time on his cell phone then talking with me .Being a DISABLED VET and knowing the program's Toyota has for Vets I thought i would of been treated better. I was lied to so many times it was unreal my wife and i was treated like a number and not a customer . It may be do to the size of the dealership they know if they loose one they will have five more come in it. The worse part is even after being lied to never had a sales manager come and talk to me they did nothing . Worse car buying experience of my life . Glade to be working with another dealership that cares about its customers . Loving your new 2015 Jeep Cherokee
