I have been going to Dry Clean Planet located on Hwy 6 and Lake Riverstone in Missouri City. I had sent a pair of pants for ironing. When I went to wear them a day later I saw that the metal button that hooks up had been ripped and the pant had been torn from that place which goes around the waist. I went back yesterday to have them repair it, Ive never encountered such a rude manager of the store. He refused to give me his name, accused me of tearing my pant and asking him to refund or repair it. He started screaming at me and I had to tell him that I was the customer and he should never be talking to his customers in that manner. Of course I'll never be back there again.
