I love the Branbury. Right now there are a lot of transitions and renovations which is inconvenient right now but will totally be worth it. There are frequently activities and free food they offer to make the atmosphere more social. I really appreciate the facilities that are available like the gym, hot tub, game room. Its great. The maintenance can be really good. Our bathroom was being flooded by an apartment above us and they responded immediately to our aid. We also had an issue with the turning plate in our microwave and they responded by replacing the whole microwave. There are some negative things that didn't go perfectly but over all i feel like the Branbury does a very good job at meeting my needs as a tenant.
