Lovely, intimate setting to watch a play. The downside... No leg room unless you're in the front row or get a seat on the isle. Stuck in the middle, sorry, you're locked in. I'm 6' tall and have a right knee that get angry, very angry if I can't straighten it from time to time. My lack of comfort got in the way of enjoying the show, which is too bad because it was a great show. Luckily someone in the front row didn't return after intermission and I was able to enjoy the second act of the show with all of the leg room I needed.
