The emergency department does not know how it works but I do not think it can be more chaotic and complicated than that of Vall d'Hebron, which is where I work or similar. What I will talk about is from the staff that is attending to my young girl who is admitted and I can only say good things. Kindness, patience, warmth and professionalism.
