Missing a huge opportunity to educate on the importance of plants, trees and the rain forest to our planet. For example, I visited during Bees' Needs week (an annual event coordinated by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to raise awareness of bees and other pollinators) but there was no mention or promotion of this. Maybe reduced staffing due to the Covid lockdown has limited what they can do. However, it just felt like a tourist attraction and their mission/purpose has got a bit lost.
