This was by far one of the most horrible interactions I ve ever had with a lawyer far from helpful. Mr. Heller was more judgemental than anything else. I called today with an inquiry about a possible harassment/discrimination case as I was trying to explain he asked well what is it that you want? What is it that you are looking to do because it seems as though you employer took proper action well Mr. Heller for the record I did not call you to take my employers side I called you to get your professional input and advice but instead I got a not interested and dismissive reply. I am so disappointed but glad that I will not be going through with you help .

I am no lawyer but the last thing I would do is make the Victim feel anything other than just that!
