This insurance has a very lengthy excluded services list. The call center gives you incorrect information and not many providers on our area accept this insurance. This insurance tells employees,"We really don't give a damn about you." Plain and simple.

Employers having GREAT success, especially when THEY and their brokers are engaged with employees. Never had a problem calling into JPF plus most info is on-line - if employees use it, they will find it.
This place is the worst insurance broker that I have ever seen. I would not recommend this to anyone.

These guys are awesome and have done wonderful things for our group of 140 employees. They've saved our company a lot of money, and provide excellent customer service. We've been with them for the past 24 months (prior to that, we were with the same fully insured carrier for nearly 20 years).
