Ive been a methodist patient for a long time My Primary physician is awesome so as my Derma, Allergy and My regular Mammo check up.

But this incident i will not gonna Gonna let this employee fr Employee HEALTH DEPARTMENT at Front desk, She has a very bad nasty customer service I came to help
my friend to guide her about methodist but this lady approached us unprofessional, I was coughing and so i ask her a water she has the nerve to tell me that those are for the patient.
The number one hospital has the number one nasty employee Ms Susan Balderes at Employee health clinic, If someone is coughing and ask you a water do not say or refuse and explain that those are only for methodist your I CARE INtegrity is missing with your nasty attitude.
