This place was simply beautiful and amazing. This was my first time to NY...brought my wife for a special birthday surprise and we caught this place along our trip. She's been to NY before, so she also kina knew her way around. I've always wanted to see the statue up close and it was definitely worth it. Learning about the statue, it's origin, the details, seeing and being inside, was just awesome!! I will say this...if you plan on going to the pedestal or crown, BUY YOUR TICKETS AHEAD OF TIME!!!! I didn't realize they limited the # so much and they sell out quick. When we go back, I'll be getting crown tickets a couple months in advance...thats how far out they were when we were here. My wife just happened to find last minute pedestal tickets, so at least we got to go in for that...even that made the trip worth it! Definitely a must see and do when you're here! Can't wait to come back.
