Interacted with a Lady named Cathy. Provided a great deal of info up front about trying to resolve the problem . When that didn t work suggested that I send the scales back and she would make sure they were repaired. I just received an email that problem was corrected and would soon be returned. The quick response and attention to detail was appreciated. The effort put forth to ensure that customer satisfaction was obtained was a blessing
